Delivery and Returns
We ship goods to all areas of Mainland UK including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. Delivery Charges are based on total spend. Up £20 shipping is free; orders over £20 will be charged a flat rate of £4.99. Delivery should be with 3 - 5 days.
If you need something quickly, then contact us and we will provide a postal quotation.
We may restrict any postcode delivery at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery Details
We aim to dispatch your orders within 48 hours. If you order on Friday or at the weekend or Bank Holiday they will be dispatched on the following Monday except on a Bank Holiday in which case it will be Tuesday.
If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the option to cancel your order with full refund.
We use Couriers dependent on the weight of your purchase. (Royal Mail up to 6kg weight)
Standard Delivery Service (Using Courier Service) - within 1 to 3 working days
A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This usually involves collecting the item from your local Royal Mail Depot.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.
If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and are returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £9.99 charged to cover packing and administration cost.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the loss with the Courier . Please do allow up to four weeks for the Courier to confirm the loss.

Returns by post
You can return goods to us via the Post Office to: The Old Bank, 60 High Street, Invergordon, IV18 0DH
The parcel should contain:
1. The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition.
2. Please download and complete our RETURNS FORM and enclose with your returned goods.
You will need to pay for the postage but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our despatch or if the item received is faulty or unfit for purpose, unless you have decided to keep part of the received order.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and obtain a proof of posting. Please allow at least two days for your goods to reach us.
Please note that we are not able to give exchanges for goods returned by post, and you should allow 28 days to receive your refund.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of your order with you, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you decide to cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded as above.
